Stadium roofs and canopies
Lightweight systems adapted to the membrane, steel or concrete roofs of stadiums and large venues.
What it is
Stadium roofs are wide-span structures designed close to their load limits. Solar systems for them are planned together with the structural engineer of the building, using lightweight modules and mounting systems and taking the exact load paths of the roof into account.
Installation is scheduled around the event calendar, and safety for spectators is designed in from the first drawing. In return the venue receives a plant that is seen by tens of thousands of people and sends a clear signal about clean energy.
