This website is operated by a company established in the Federal Republic of Germany. This website, its use and all legal relationships initiated through it are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory provisions of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence provide otherwise. If the contracting party is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Jena, Germany. Deviating provisions in individual contracts remain unaffected.
Projects outside Germany
Engineering, procurement and site management are provided from Germany. Installation and electrical works on site are carried out together with partner companies licensed under the law of the respective country. Permits, licences and grid connections in the project country are subject to local law and are agreed on a project basis.
