Solar power plants for Africa. Turnkey, up to the grid connection.
As EPC contractor (engineering, procurement, construction) we plan and build utility-scale solar parks, industrial rooftop systems and residential installations for IPPs, developers, businesses and homeowners. German engineering, 20 years of experience and completed projects across Europe and South America.
Every segment from one source
Our focus is on large plants where engineering quality decides the yield. For homeowners we apply the same standard on a smaller scale.

Ground-mounted solar parks
Utility-scale plants including substation and connection to the transmission grid.

Industrial rooftops and stadiums
Self-consumption systems for factories, warehouses, shopping centres and stadium roofs.

Residential homes
Rooftop systems with battery storage and backup power.

We focus on five countries and know their grids, regulators and permit processes. Each country page explains the market and what we build there.
Who we build for
Our clients range from independent power producers to homeowners. What they share is the need for a partner who takes full responsibility for the plant.
IPPs and project developers
EPC delivery for utility-scale solar and solar-plus-storage projects: grid studies, bankable yield reports, fixed-price EPC contracts and commissioning to grid code.
Investors and utilities
Transparent bills of quantities, documented quality and a single point of responsibility from contract to handover.
Industry, mining and commerce
Rooftop and ground-mounted captive power plants that cut electricity and diesel costs, with battery storage and hybrid controls where needed.
Public buildings and venues
Solar systems for stadiums, hospitals, schools and administration buildings, planned around structural limits and operating hours.
Homeowners
Rooftop systems with battery backup against power cuts, sized to the household and installed within days.
Local partner companies
We work with installers, electricians and civil contractors in the project country and are open to new partnerships.
Why clients work with us
Twenty years of working with large engineering firms have taught us that solar projects succeed in the planning phase. That is where we invest the most effort.
German engineering
Planning to European standards, with long-standing partners from large engineering firms.
Fixed-price offers
Every component and every metre of cable is quantified in advance. Prices hold for the entire offer period.
Short construction times
Planning, procurement and construction in one hand means fewer interfaces and faster commissioning.
Strong purchasing conditions
Our project volume gives us very favourable purchasing conditions for modules, inverters and mounting systems, which we pass on to your project.
Long-term supply relationships
Framework agreements with established manufacturers secure availability and stable prices, and they are the basis for the fixed prices in our offers.
Yield and CO₂ calculations
Every offer includes a detailed yield forecast and the CO₂ savings over the plant's lifetime.
From the first site visit to the grid connection
Site analysis
Irradiation data, site survey, yield forecast and CO₂ balance.
Detailed planning
Modules, mounting structures, cabling and grid connection.
Fixed-price offer
Quantified to the last metre of cable, valid for the offer period.
Construction
German site management working with local companies.
Commissioning
Grid connection, testing and handover of a ready-to-operate plant.
Built with local companies
We don't fly in every hand from Europe. On each project we involve local installers, electricians and civil contractors, train them on site and leave skills and value in the region, as we have done successfully in recent years.

What does turnkey mean for a solar power plant?
Turnkey means we deliver the complete plant as general contractor: site assessment, planning, procurement, construction, grid connection and commissioning. You sign one contract with one partner and receive a plant that is ready to operate.
In which African countries do you build solar plants?
We plan and build solar parks, industrial rooftop systems and residential installations across Africa. Every project starts with a site assessment, so contact us with your location and we will tell you how we can support your project.
How can you offer fixed prices for a solar project?
Our offers are based on a complete bill of quantities down to the last metre of cable. Component prices are secured through long-term supply agreements with established manufacturers. The price therefore holds for the entire offer period.
Do you work with local companies?
Yes. On every project we involve local installers, electricians and civil contractors under German site management. This keeps value creation in the country and builds skills that remain after handover.
What information do you need for a first assessment?
The location, the available land or roof area and the planned capacity or annual electricity consumption. With this information we can provide a first estimate of yield, CO₂ savings and investment.
Tell us about your project
Location, available area and planned capacity are enough for a first assessment.
